Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is verified via Venmo. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package ships.

We ship within the United States via USPS or a comparable carrier. Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping is a flat $5.99 on orders under $100, and free on orders of $100 or more.

Many research peptides are temperature-sensitive. Please refrigerate or freeze your products immediately upon arrival as appropriate for each compound. Refer to current research literature for proper handling.

If your package arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive within 14 days of the ship date, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, replace or refund the affected items.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and to ensure product integrity, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened products once they have shipped.

If your order arrives with the wrong item, an incorrect quantity, or a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the affected item or issue a refund at our discretion.

You may request cancellation of an order at any time before it ships. Once a package is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
