All products sold by Nova Science Labs are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and have not been approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human or animal use. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher of legal age in your jurisdiction, and that you will handle, store, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practice.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders we believe are intended for non-research use.

Orders are placed on this website and paid via Venmo. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at any time prior to shipment.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and orders may be cancelled and refunded if inventory cannot fulfill the request.

We ship within the United States. Shipping timelines, costs, and policies are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Products are provided "as is" for research purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Science Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that products are safe or appropriate for any use other than qualified laboratory research.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Science Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your purchase or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nova Science Labs harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from your purchase, handling, storage, use, or disposal of any product, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nova Science Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
